My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few disappointments. The room, as shown on the site, was clean and nice, but initially, it was not well-prepared, lacking cleanliness. Despite this, the spacious room eventually won me over, especially with the lovely city view. The breakfast experience on the 19th floor was delightful with a view that's truly enjoyable, but it led me back to the interconnected room.

I had a mixed experience at Hilton in Amman. The rooms were clean and offered a nice view of the city. However, some areas were visibly dirty, like the couch with food stains. I had a great interaction with receptionist Abdul, making me consider booking at Hilton again just for his exceptional service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-decorated for the price, although being near the lifts could have been noisy if the hotel were busier. The staff, especially Ms. Rubya at the reception and Mr Ahmad the bell boy, were extremely friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to upgrade our room and assist with a car hire issue.
